Beach Fun

As promised, I finally got around to uploading more beach pictures from Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time and MB loved some quality time with her extended family and especially cousin Sadie. Unfortunately, Dan was unable to join us (have I mentioned how much he has been working in Charleston?) but the rest of my immediate family was there. It was a great time!

Hitting the beach the first morning.

Maga (aka Yaga) taking the girls to fill up their buckets. Many of these trips were made over the course of the weekend.

Examining the sand toys. The purple shovel and yellow bucket were the coveted ones to use.

Swimming with grandaddy.

We can thank sunscreen for this amazing photo.

Drying off before lunch.

Studying the waves and one of the few times she stood still.

Splash, splash, splash!

Such a sweet girl! I was proud (and shocked) that she kept a hat on for most of the grip.

These two are a mess! This was by far the most fun photo shoot we have done with them. My mom was acting like a fool while Shanna and I were snapping away. It was hilarious!

More sweetness.

Love the feet and she is showing her serious side.

Maga acting crazy again.

How could the girls resist getting a little crazy too?

Uncle John taking a trip to the water.

Taking a quick break from playing and sucking down the lemonade as fast as possible so Cousin Sadie doesn't ask for any. :-) Love those eyes!
