Dan started his new job today with the construction company Woolard-Attman and we have missed him all day long. He has been home with us for the past few weeks and it has been great. Can you believe that his first day is not over yet? There is nothing like pulling a 14 hour day on your FIRST day of work!!! He drove with his boss to check on two job sites, one in Nashville and one close to Kentucky. I thought first days were supposed to be about filling out paperwork, going on a tour, being taken to lunch, those type things, not 14 hours in a car with your boss. Can't wait to hear about his day when he gets home tonight.
This is what Mary Beth thought of her daddy being gone all day long, she was so sad.
